Oh how fun. We have Farmer's Market here on Thursday and Saturday. There is another on Tuesday and Wednesday. I love to go and walk around. I don't need veggies as we have them growing but just being around the excitement of the moment is enough for me. Your market really looks great. Hope you had a great time.

hi cynthia,

having a great time on my vacation. can't remember if i e-mailed you from gainesville or not. we had so much fun checking out places we used to hang out at and where we lived and walking around campus. we even had lunch at the restaurant that steve and i had our first date at. the pizza was as good as ever.

we are now in daytona beach, spending 6 days at the hilton. the hotel is gorgeous and very conveniently located. i am eating more than i should but am walking several hours most mornings, yesterday i walked almost 3 1/2 hours. i spent all day out in the sun yesterday and got a bit burned so today is a day to kick back and relax, read and go see the movie, the proposal.

oh, on saturday morning i went to a farmer's market too and had fun buying fresh fruits, baked goods and i bought my friend 2 beautiful bromeliads for just 3.00 each.

glad things are going so well on the job. how nice of mike to buy you those flowers.

take care and say hi to mike for me.

Hi Gloria and Teresa - it's good to hear that you both are going to farmer's markets too. There's nothing like food fresh from the garden, plus, it's a blast to sit and listen to music while people watching.

am just getting around to catching up with you! I loved our carnation farmers' market. I used to take a little Starbuck's down time on market afternoon, walk the few blocks to town and buy flowers for all of our outdoor tables at the store. The flowers always were so fresh and lasted so long. People were starting to come into starbucks to see what weekly flowers we had as much as they were coming to get their coffee!
