Sunday in Salem
Our landlord Ron brought down a bag of steak bones for Sitka today. What a lucky girl! She sat in the sun and gnawed away... And as a side note, in yesterday’s mail we received Sitka’s new dog tag with our Salem contact info. Hopefully, she won’t wander away like she did in Mexico!
So what else is happening up there? What are you guys doing with your days? More info. needed on your new life. lol Curious minds want to know how it is going?
every time i walk on the centennial trail and see a german shepherd i think of sitka. can't wait to meet her, mr. jiggs and of course, their humans ;-)
my older son is taking his cat to college, she has lived with us for 4 1/2 years, since she was a kitten, so i will really miss her but i will probably get her back at times depending on his living situation. i think it's great that he can have a pet at a college apt.
Jim Morrison said, “There are things known and things unknown, and in between are the doors."
We like to open doors. No guts, no glory. Nothing worth having comes easily. A penny saved is a penny earned.
From May 2008 to May 2010 we drove from Seattle to Mexico City, to Guaymas, Mexico, to Salem, Oregon and now back home to Seattle. There are many unknowns and we’re searching for the answers.

I second the motion. How are things?
Cynthia -- If Sitka wanders, at least I will be close at hand. Jiggs insisted on a full hour walk in today's sun. Maybe he is practicing for Mexico.
