Fish Fry Fryday

Mike finally caught some rainbow trout! Aren’t they pretty?
Mike went fishing with landlord and friend Ron last Thursday and they brought in the limit – 5 fish each.
So last Friday Ron and Mike filleted the fish and that night Ron fried them up in his outdoor kitchen.
.Soon enough we sat down to a fish fry dinner
Later on Mike surprised us all with a HOMEMADE pumpkin pie for dessert. Good job Mike!

What a great night with good food and wonderful friends.

That trout looks delicious. Reminds me of when hubby and I would go fishing and catch some nice trout like that. They are so good when fried the way your husband made them. Good friends, good fish, what more could one ask for.:) Have a great Sunday.

Yum! That fish looks fantastic! It makes me think of all of our Oregon fishing trips that we made long ago on the McKenzie River. We love to fly fish and actually Bill has use his pole up at the reservoir near Alamos, but did not bring home a thing. Hope Mike will get to go again soon!

It won't be long Mike. Ron had a great time fishing with you. After the River Romp expect another invitation. We so enjoy your company and friendship!
